About Me
Hi, I’m Tadia. For years, I’ve lived the juggle of being an entrepreneur, investor, and builder—always busy, always moving. Like so many people, I wanted to feel healthier, have more energy, and keep up with everything on my plate, but I didn’t have the time to figure out complicated diets or unrealistic routines.
That’s why I created The Healthy Life Reset—a 6-week program that takes the guesswork out of living well. I’ve tested systems on myself and others to design a way of eating, moving, and organizing your lifestyle that actually works in real life. I know what it’s like to want change but feel overwhelmed, and I also know how powerful it feels when you finally have a routine that makes life easier, not harder.
